Terms and Conditions

By using the Red Point Tailor website in any manner, including but not limited to visiting, browsing the site or using the services provided by the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

We accept payment via a PayPal account, including payments made by credit or debit card.

Please note that goods will not be despatched until  we receive the payment.

Buyers are responsible for custom charges or taxes where applicable.

Photographs

Photographs that are used on this site are of products made by Red Point Tailor.

Each product photograph is taken with a view to illustrating the item accurately.

Please note that colours of the actual products may differ slightly on-screen as colour settings vary on different makes of computer.

Commissions / Made-to-order products

Commissions / made-to-order products are to be paid in full before work will commence.

Items on the site can be made in different colours, please contact Red Point Tailor to discuss further.

Each piece of fused glass work is a unique piece of art and whilst we cannot guarantee that the piece will be exactly as illustrated, Red Point Tailor will try to resemble the commission piece as close as possible to the original product.

Shipping

Items currently on the site will be dispatched within 3 working days after receiving payment unless otherwise stated. Commission / custom-made pieces will not be shipped immediately as the piece will need to be constructed.

All purchases will be delivered by unregistered mail unless otherwise stated.

International customers please contact Red Point Tailor if you wish to have your product delivered by registered mail / shipment (international delivery attracts additional fees dependent on location).

Delivery within the Netherlands should arrive with you within 2-3 days, Red Point Tailor have no control over the speed of the delivery service.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items on this site are carefully made by Red Point Tailor and are checked to ensure that they are despatched in first class condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, we will offer a refund or exchange if the item is returned in an unused condition.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods by using the site contact form and return the said item within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for the return postage. 

Please keep a record of delivery as we will only issue the refund minus the postage through PayPal once receiving the goods.

Please contact us if the items have not arrived within 2 weeks after despatch.

We will not be able to exchange or refund earrings, any customized or personalised jewellery, or commissions pieces unless faulty.   Your normal statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy

We respect your privacy, any personal information we collect from you will only be used for direct communication and to process your orders.

All details are kept in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and for no longer than necessary to complete the correspondence and transactions.

We do not hold any credit, debit card or bank details as payment is made through PayPal.

Property Rights

All content on the Red Point Tailor website, including but not limited to images, designs, graphics and code are the property of Red Point Tailor please do not copy or reproduce without our permission.

Disputes
