Can I pay by credit card?
All payments are made through PayPal, which accepts credit cards.
You do not have to create a PayPal account to use this service.
International buyers are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.
Do you charge taxes?
All prices stated on the website already include VAT.
Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Red Point Tailor jewelry is shipped worldwide, FREE of charge.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After I receive your payment, the order will be sent within 1-3 days.
It takes about 14-18 days for the package to arrive.
Can I track my shipment?
All items are sent via non-registered ‘small packet’ air mail, which does not provide a tracking number.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to registered mail for EUR 20.00, please contact me.
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
If you have experienced any problems or if you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact me so we can work something out.
What if an item is lost during the shipment?
Items lost in shipment will not be refunded.
However, I’d be happy to discuss an arrangement so you can still enjoy your Red Point Tailor jewelry.
Do you provide made-to-order items?
If you have special wishes or a design in mind, just drop me a note and we’ll discuss your ideas by Skype/phone.
If you see an item that you want to have made-to-order according to your color or shape specifications, I’ll do my best to accommodate your choices whenever possible.

May I clean the glass jewelry with water?
Please use a wet cloth with mild detergent to clean your glass item, and special silver cleaner for any sterling silver parts. Special cleaning cloths are also available for purchase.
